NO Animal testing has been done on 3Q Products. We ask a few people, that have graciously accepted being 3Q's test people.

Postage is based on weight and size of items.

Priority mail is used for shipping.
Rates for priority are $8 and go up depending on weight and size of package in the USA
International Orders will vary in price.
Smaller orders (IE:1 - 2 lip balms, glass rollerball bottle oils,etc orders only) will go in a padded envelope for $4.25 shipping.
Refunds on excess shipping charges will be done the same day as product is shipped.

Shipping happens when the local USPS is open. It may take up to 24 hours to get your items packaged and mailed. We hate to wait and dont want to make you wait either! (Post Office Holidays can be viewed by clicking HERE)

Returns are not allowed due to the nature of the product. If you are not happy, let us know so we can fix the problem.

All items are handcrafted in small quantities to make sure you have the freshest product delivered to you.

Can I pick up my order? Yes there is an option for that if you are in the local area. We do not have a brick and mortar store therefore we can arrange a time and place that is convenient for you and 3Q. Please email before placing order as the cart system does not allow this yet.

Is 3Q Cosmetics FDA evaluated? 3Q Cosmetics products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. No claims regarding the treatment or cures of any conditions or diseases are being made. All opinions of customers are their own and have not been given anything in return for their reviews / opinions. Consult a qualified health care provider for diagnosis or treatment. Pregnant or lactating women should use caution when using these (or any herbal products) and consult a medical professional for advice on products with esential oils and herbs.

I'm very proud of my Back to Basic line. It's all natural ingredients with out the harsh chemicals or preservatives some products have. It's safe to use on baby, animal and person - in my eyes it can't get any better than that!

What got me interested in making a salve for tattoo aftercare - seeing a loved one with a great tattoo ruined by an allergic reaction to the regular petroleum and lanolin based products. Those white dots in your tattoo after it's healed mean that you are allergic to the ingredient thats suppose to help. Tattoo'd U, is an all natural salve thats great to help heal and moisturize - its two products in one!
